Red Oak Hardwood Floor, Inc. is a family owned and operated Chicagoland business serving residential and commercial clients since 1995. As most hardwood floor companies we provide basic services such as installation, sanding, refinishing, but specialize in custom design. We want our clients to experience the way business was conducted decades ago, when personal attention to each client and complete satisfaction meant everything to the business owner.

As a small company, we are “hands-on” on all projects and develop relationships with clients that allow us to serve them and their families multiple times. We become our clients “go-to-guys” and strongly believe in a word-of-mouth advertisement. Thanks to our clients, we bring the old way of conducting business to the 21st century.

Every year we participate in a “Floor of the Year” contest organized by NWFA — “National Wood Flooring Association.”

In 2007 we were recognized as finalists in 3 categories:
- Best kitchen/ dining
- Best library/ office
- Best front entry hall

In 2008 we were recognized as finalists in 3 categories:
- Best front entry hall
- Best library/ office
- Best limited species

In 2009 we were the Winners of “Floor of the Year 2009” in category:
- Best Manufacturer Factory Finish - Hand Cut.

We were also recognized as finalists in 2 categories:
- Best front entry hall
- Extreme makeover

In 2010 we were recognized as finalists in 2 categories:
- Best residential
- Best restoration

We believe that the hardwood floor industry is ever changing and to stay at the top of the game we need to educate ourselves constantly. In order to do so, in 2006 we became members of National Wood Flooring Association and we started to broaden our knowledge about hardwood floor industry through variety of trainings offered by NWFA.

We soon became “Certified Installers, Sanders and Finishers” and we continue to receive recognitions and certifications throughout the years.
